Ingredients: Certified Organic Fractionated Coconut Oil + Spearmint Essential Oil.
Directions: Shake well + take a 1 tsp + swish 5-20 minutes + spit. Take 1 teaspoon of oil Swish around the mouth for 5 – 20 minutes Spit out without rinsing
