Black Urfa Chili Craft Chocolate: Goodnow Farms' Black Urfa Chili bar is another flavorful collaboration with their friends at Burlap & Barrel. Ethan Frisch and Ori Zohar are as passionate about sourcing single origin spices as they are about sourcing single origin cacao! They visit the farms personally, trade directly with the farmers, and find unique spices available nowhere else. Goodnow Farms wanted to release a spicy bar for a long time. Most of the chili peppers they tried added only heat, and they wanted something more. They found it in the Urfa Chili, which boasts many complex flavors due to the fermentation process it undergoes after harvesting. They've paired it with their single origin Zorzal Communitario cacao from the Dominican Republic. Ingredients: Single origin cacao beans, organic sugar, freshly pressed single origin cocoa butter.

Severance Farm's New England maple sugar, browned butter from Highlawn Farm, Burlap & Barrel's Cloud Forest Cardamom and Goodnow Farms' Boyaca cacao blend seamlessly for a new, vibrant, rich chocolate delight. Take a bite of this chocolate, let it slowly melt in your mouth and warm you, and you can almost imagine a winter evening in New England. The Cloud Forest Cardamom for this bar is sourced directly by Burlap & Barrel from a single estate, biodynamic and regenerative farm in the high-altitude cloud forest of Guatemala. This yellow cardamom has a soft and sweet flavor that complements the ingredients in our Winter bar so well. This bar just won BRONZE at the International Chocolate Awards World Finals! Lawley's Rum Craft Chocolate: Goodnow Farms uses 55 bottles of Boston Harbor Distillery’s handcrafted Lawley's Rum to craft this Special Reserve chocolate, giving this bar an intense rum flavor like no other! They soak our award-winning Esmeraldas nibs in the rum for several days, which allows them to absorb the complex flavor notes of the rye. They then dry the nibs completely before stone grinding them to create this incredible bar. For this bar they also fresh press their own single origin Esmeraldas cocoa butter. This exceptional step makes the bar exceedingly smooth & intensely flavorful. Ingredients: Single Origin Cacao Beans, Organic Sugar, Freshly Pressed Cocoa Butter, Rum.
